• TrustWalletLedger is an asset management platform — not an investment advisor, broker, or bank.
• You must be 18+, KYC-verified, and legally allowed to use the service in your jurisdiction.
• Automated trading and treasury products carry risk; past performance doesn't guarantee returns.
• Treasury Vault deposits are locked for the term you choose (6–12 months) and repaid with the contracted rate at maturity.
• Tax withholding on Treasury Vault payouts applies only to the profit portion; your original capital is returned untaxed.
• Don't abuse the platform (fraud, laundering, bots, reverse-engineering) or your account can be suspended.
• We can update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrustWalletLedger platform and services ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Asset Management services

TrustWalletLedger provides tools for tracking crypto portfolios and accessing asset management plans. All asset management decisions are made by you. TrustWalletLedger does not provide personalized asset management, tax, or legal advice.

4. Risk acknowledgement

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile. You acknowledge and accept the risks described in our Risk Disclosure, including the possibility of losing your entire asset management.

5. Fees

Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed on the relevant plan or transaction screen before you confirm. We may update fees with advance notice.

6. Tax treatment of Treasury Vault returns

TrustWalletLedger operates under US regulatory standards. For Treasury Vault products, any tax withholding or reporting obligation applies only to the profit portion of your payout. Your original deposit (capital) is returned to you in full and is not subject to platform withholding. The platform provides a transaction breakdown showing gross profit, withheld amount, and net payout. You remain responsible for any additional tax filings required in your jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, branding, and software, is owned by TrustWalletLedger and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTWALLETLEDGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustWalletLedger is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
