From deposit to payout — end to end.
A plain-English walkthrough of the mechanics behind every Treasury Vault position, from the moment you deposit to the day your fixed return lands in your account.
1. You deposit
Fund your Treasury Vault position in USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH. Your capital is locked for the term you choose — 6 or 12 months — and tracked to your account.
2. Capital is deployed
Funds are routed across a diversified basket of audited DeFi protocols, market-neutral arbitrage desks, and short-duration on-chain lending markets managed by our treasury team.
3. Yield is generated
Strategies target uncorrelated returns from stablecoin lending spreads, CEX/DEX arbitrage, and delta-neutral basis trades — smoothed through a reserve fund that absorbs volatility.
4. You are paid the contracted return
At maturity you receive your original principal plus the fixed contracted return: 18% for the 6-month term or 46% for the 12-month term. Only the profit portion is taxed.
Where the yield comes from
We don't rely on a single strategy. Every dollar in the vault is spread across three complementary yield sources so that no single market event dictates your return.
Stablecoin lending
Blue-chip lending markets (Aave, Compound, Morpho) on Ethereum and L2s. Overcollateralized, on-chain, transparent.
Delta-neutral arbitrage
Basis and funding-rate trades across regulated venues. Long spot / short perpetual pairs eliminate directional risk.
Reserve fund buffer
A dedicated reserve absorbs strategy drawdowns so end-user payouts remain fixed and contracted.
